Highland, IN built a brand new state-of-the-art Public Safety facility to house the Police Department in 2015. This facility includes holding cells, a sally-port, offices, and a multi-purpose community room. The facility allows the police department to function much more efficiently, moving it from the basement level of the town hall into their new 10,000 sq. ft. building next door. Arctic Engineering provided the HVAC work, including boilers, pumps, HVAC piping, VAV boxes, roof-top units, snow-melt system, exhaust system for sally-port, and computer room air conditioning equipment.
